In accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (EU law), customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

If a product is found to be defective or does not meet the contract terms, the customer has the right to file a complaint under Article 43e of the Consumer Rights Act. Complaints must be processed within 14 days from submission.

Complaint Procedure:

  1. The customer must submit a complaint describing the issue and stating their request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract withdrawal in case of a major defect).

  2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the seller’s address (as listed on the invoice) or via email.

  3. The seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

3. Product Returns
